A pre-authorisation is a transaction that reserves / holds an amount on a cardholder’s account.

Pre-authorisations can be used as a check, to ensure the card is valid or to hold the full amount of the transaction.

We serve Burnley, Nelson, Colne, and the surrounding Pendle areas. We also provide airport transfers to major UK airports and cater to businesses throughout the region. Our reach is continually expanding, so feel free to contact us for more information about our service areas.

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay by credit or debit card in all of our vehicles, through the passenger app, or at our main office. We also accept cash payments if that is your preference.

If you’ve lost something in one of our vehicles, contact our office as soon as possible with the details of your journey, such as the time, date, and vehicle number if you have it. We will check with the driver and do our best to recover your lost property. Our team is committed to reuniting you with your belongings swiftly*, however we cannot take responsibility for items left in our vehicles and urge you to please check you have all your belongings on exiting the vehicle.

Yes, our minibus taxis can comfortably accommodate up to 16 passengers, making them ideal for group trips, airport transfers, or special events. Simply request a minibus when booking, and we’ll ensure there’s plenty of space for both passengers and luggage.

Pre-authorised transactions that are not collected, are automatically returned to the cardholder within 3-5 business days.
Please note: This depends on the issuing bank, and in some cases it may take up to 10 working days.
