A pre-authorisation is a transaction that reserves / holds an amount on a cardholder’s account.

Pre-authorisations can be used as a check, to ensure the card is valid or to hold the full amount of the transaction.

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay by credit or debit card in all of our vehicles, through the passenger app, or at our main office. We also accept cash payments if that is your preference.

If you’ve lost something in one of our vehicles, contact our office as soon as possible with the details of your journey, such as the time, date, and vehicle number if you have it. We will check with the driver and do our best to recover your lost property. Our team is committed to reuniting you with your belongings swiftly*, however, we cannot take responsibility for items left in our vehicles and urge you to please check you have all your belongings on exiting the vehicle.
